Take a look at our latest effort, fashioned altogether with our friends from August Design Studio. As our works have always been focused on wood, a collaboration with ceramic studio felt exciting and refreshing right from the start. We wanted to merge those two different materials, two different approaches and two entirely different kinds of work experience into something pretty, coherent and useful.
Together we have created the BIRDS – elegant and playful line of handmade ceramic wares, including two sizes of cups, a pair of egg holders and two pleasant bowls. Each one is paired with rustic oak lid to keep your food and drinks ideally fresh. BIRDS feel raw and natural. We glaze them only on the inside, so that the colored mix of stoneware and porcelain would give each piece a fascinating, frosted texture. Minimalist yet handmade, BIRDS embody what we seek with all our works: the connection between design and craft.
